Speaking after attending the Maha Kumbh festival in Prayagraj with his wife Priti Adani and elder son Karan Adani, Gautam Adani dismissed rumors about the wedding being a “Maha Kumbh of celebrities.” When asked whether global icons like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Taylor Swift would attend the ceremony, Adani replied, “Bilkul nahi hoga” (No, it won’t be). Social media has been abuzz with claims that the wedding would feature extraordinary extravagance, including 1,000 supercars, hundreds of private jets, chefs from 58 countries, and a budget exceeding ₹10,000 crore.

Some reports even alleged that the India-England ODI match at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad was rescheduled to accommodate the festivities. However, Adani dismissed these claims, calling them baseless and far from the truth. “Our upbringing and way of life remain rooted in simplicity,” Gautam Adani said. “Jeet is here to seek Ma Ganga’s blessings, and his wedding will be a traditional family event.
